It’s up to you to make sure you know what you digest! Just because it looks good and smells good doesn’t make it healthy or remotely edible. Take the time to research the food you eat; your body will reward you by allowing you to live a healthier longer life!

I heard that a long time ago and stopped eating hot dogs. Somehow, picked up the habit again (Chicken kind). Ugh. I’m d.o.n.e.

Being a vegetarian full-time is easy too, ya know!!! 😉 If you need inspiration, I have plenty of recipes to share and I write mine with meat-eaters preferences, always in mind. No seaweed, boiled beans and bland tofu cubes here. 😉

Carol and Carole Jean, There’s always veggie dogs and some of them are so close to “the real thing” that you won’t even notice the difference. Your tummy will probably feel a lot better after eating them too. 😉
