I just ♥ that white chevron bag and the ruffled wine-colored scarf.

Geraldine, I wanted to tell you how much my family enjoyed the Mediterranean Lasagna from your book! I was especially surprised at the use of the marinated artichokes, but it made for a really good contrast note to the normally heavy ingredients in this classic dish.
Oh, and I get to be superior…I’ve been working on my crochet and knit gifts for a month already…and I’m still behind! LOL
Hi G! I used to knit and crochet, but now other things occupy my time. I love the scarf and bag, too. Several years ago, I crocheted scarves and gave them as gifts. Maybe I’ll do it again in the future, but writing has taken over for now. Have fun! Hugs!
Thanks for your kind words Glenda, that is a yummy variation of lasagne, I agree. Reminds me to get the ingredients and make some soon.
Today’s menu here is: Tangy Barley Buttermilk Soup (from the Groovy Green Kitchen II and the Potato Scones from the GGK I).
And yes, I’m impressed re: your gift-making ventures, well done!!! You’re going to make it….. 😉
Yes, it all takes time, doesn’t it Lauren? I’m in the opposite mode right now, can’t seem to get back to my numerous writing projects but I’m knitting up a storm, cooking too. It’s all good though. Just gotta be creative every day, that’s the main thing! 😉
Happy Wednesday, G
Me too 🙂 I’ve made two afghans for my little nieces but now on to the others in my life. I need to learn to knit though, it’s open us all up to a larger group of patterns like these. 🙂
