This is REALLY worth reading.
I know that at times I sit too long, without a break. 😦
But after reading this post about why that can be so harmful health-wise and in so many ways, I’m going to make an effort to do better. 🙂

I’ve been a fan of many of the Jane Fonda exercise DVDs and for a lot of years.
But recently, I tried out the: Prime Time Firm & Burn DVD and I wasn’t pleased with it.

I have a bad habit of sitting at my computer for long periods of time. And without taking enough breaks, especially to exercise LOL. 😉
