  2. I’m not even a fan of mushrooms, but you made that salad look enticing. I’m curious about that coconut cashew rice salad, too. I love to grill fresh veggies.

  3. These are all delicious, I’ve had them all many times. I can’t pick a favorite.

  4. Lady Fi, I’m going to make that one again this week, it is SO good. But then again, they all are. 😉

    That photo is from my first cookbook Patti, Not Just for Vegetarians. I think you’d like mushrooms like that, they are so yummy raw with this tangy dressing.
