I’ve been working on my third cookbook for several months now and have been making slow but steady progress on this project.
This will be the second book/Ebook in the Groovy Green Kitchen series.
This one is all about yummy soups along with a selection of easy, interchangeable side dishes to go with them.
I ♥ soups so much and all year long, so this is definitely an easy topic/book project for me to take on with a lot of interest and enthusiasm!
I have had some unforeseen delays in getting this book completed (most beyond my control) but now I’m thinking that wasn’t such a bad thing after all. 😉 Summer is NOT the time to release a new soup cookbook, the fall is definitely better.
And by autumn: The Groovy Green Kitchen (Volume 2): Simply, Super, Supper Soups will definitely be a “done deal” 😉
In the meantime, I am also still promoting all my other books, including my newest one:
Laughing AT the Grim Reaper! Gems of Wisdom for Aging Well
that I just published in April.
I need more Amazon reviews for all my books and here’s where you come in. 😉
If any of you are interested in reading/reviewing one of my books:
Amazon Author’s Page for Geraldine Helen Hartman (click to see list)
send me an email (subject line: book reviewer) at:
veggiecook @ myway . com (spaces removed)
and I will be happy to send along a review/gift Kindle copy for this purpose.
I have 6 Ebooks now available so this is definitely not just for the cooks who are reading this! 😉
And thanks to everyone who has already written reviews for my books/Ebooks! Most appreciated.
Happy Reading, Cooking and Mid-Week!
Geraldine, I would enjoy trying some of those recipes of yours in the book, but I don’t use or have an e-reader as I prefer the printed book but if any are available at Amazon in that form I will certainly purchase one to try out the recipes so I can give you a review. I love soups too, and could eat them anytime of year and often like to try out some new variations with some. The best to you on your new cookbook. How do you find enough time to cook, write the cookbooks, knit and blog, etc. etc. 🙂 You get an amazing amount of things done.
Oh I’d love to review one of your books on a Kindle, I’m sending a mail your way! 🙂
Hi Joyce and thanks for your kind words.
All of my current books are also available in print versions. The only thing different is I’m not able to include photos in those, but do in the kindle versions. I’d love to have you try out some of my recipes, hopefully you’ll enjoy them! 🙂
I try, re; getting things done. I’m a high energy person. If I’m not busy with LOTS of projects, I’m not happy. 😉 Sounds like you get a lot of things accomplished too, based on what you mention at your blog.
Hi Crafty, I’ll get back to you shortly. Haven’t read my emails yet today.
Happy Reading and Cooking, G
All of your books are wonderful. I’m happy I got to read them all too. And got to test all the recipes too.
Would love to review one of your books.
Meant to add that I have begun writing poetry. http://www.elephantjournal.com/2014/05/dance-in-the-wind-poem-jackie-karp/
And you’re not only a good recipe tester Joe, you did a great job with proof-reading too. 🙂
Jackie, How nice to see you again, it’s been a long time! 🙂 I will definitely check your new blog out and do send me an email re: book reviews. I remember that you have a copy of my first cookbook: Not Just for Vegetarians, hopefully you’ll enjoy my newest one too.
Happy Weekend, Reading and Cooking, G
Love, love, LOVE soup anytime and enjoy making all year round. 🙂
