I got an email from Interweave recently that included a free download for this new sewing ebook.
The bags all look great! And I know from past experience that their eBooks are well done. Easy to get a copy too.
If you like to sew and are in need of a new market bag or tote (or want to make one for a gift) don’t miss this free offer!

On the topic of sewing, I still haven’t finished the PJ’s I blogged about a while back, 😦 but hope to have them finished this week for sure.
I wish I could cut out sleep LOL; I have cut back to about 6 hours a night though. Seems to be enough.
I actually feel better than when I was sleeping for 8 hours a night. Less tired. Go figure. 😉
There’s NEVER enough time in the day. Can you relate?
What are you making right now? Do share. I love to hear about all kinds of projects.
Happy Crafting! 🙂
Darn…….hah I just know how to sow a button, I was meant to help people through the work I did until i couldn’t anymore now i have no concentration, and everything I see, all your gifts, I’m so glad you have them, because you share with those who can
Wow . . . thanks for the heads up for this lovely offer! 🙂
I wish I had the right fingers to make one of those bags. Unfortunately my days of knitting and sewing are now at an end. Like Lorraine, I can still so on a button!
It’s true about sleep, you need less as the years go by … you’re not there yet so grab as much as you can.
Interweave does have some nice products.
These look really cool. And for free is great.
yes, i can confess i am a crazy crafter too… right now i’m working on a pillow for a friend whose bday was in early sept and also a felt pocketbook… i also love to crochet with thread, dollies and such…
Hi Lorraine, I do try to help others by sharing what I know. 🙂
I think we all have our gifts in this life and it’s up to us what we do with them. Just yesterday I was talking to a friend at our local mall and she was complimenting me on the outfit I was wearing. When I said I made it, she was so impressed and then said, “Oh, I wish I could sew, I can’t do anything like that.” And I said, “you might not have sewed anything yet, but that doesn’t mean you can’t” She thought about it a minute and then replied, “you know you’re right. maybe I COULD sew” I liked that a lot.
If we REALLY want to do something, learn something…we will and vice versa.
Hi Katherine, Its one of many good freebies from Interweave. One of the sites that I’m so glad I DID subscribe to. No junk mail, all good stuff. You should check it out. I know you’re an accomplished seamstress! 🙂
Hi Val, To bad about not being able to do crafts anymore. I can’t imagine that really. As far as sleep, I’ve stopped obsessing about it and I feel a LOT better. If I’m not tired, I just get up and do something relaxing ’til I am tired. Why sweat it!!! 😉
Hi Patty, They really do!
Hi Joe, Free for something good/worthwhile is always fun! 😉
Hi Ms. Pie, I had no idea! It would be so cool to see some of your projects at your blog. 🙂
Happy Crafting, G
