A new CAT-e-gory at Veggies, Yarns & Tails starts today: Mr. Cheddar Haiku.
The Chedster has been reminding me lately, with nose-nudges etc.. that the name of this blog includes: TAILS!!!
Hope you enjoy Mr. Cheddar’s new poetic posts!
Happy Sunday! 🙂
This is purrrrrrrrrrrfect. Mr. Cheddar has so many talents. Love the poem, Cheddar.
Oh Mr. Cheddar! I love your haiku!
The look on his face is as priceless as the haiku. So purrrfect!!
Yes, I can hear you purring Ched. A few headbonks when you are done.
We love your haiku Mr. Ched!
Just one more talent to add to your amazing repertoire! In our books you’re a star!
We agree as well – you put into words purrfectly the pleasure of a good grooming.
Brenda says that she also loves your precious, sweet face.
Herbert and Arthur
Lovely and apt haiku Ched, my girlies love being brushed as well. Phoebe’s coat glows a blue black when I’m done and although Chloe is not a big a fan of being brushed she will tolerate it and comes out creamy and both are soft as silk. We had a mani-pedi day as well as a grooming session and now they can knead on us to their hearts content without piercing us with needles!
Hi Joe, I couldn’t agree more. 😉
Hi Rumpy, Thanks! And wow, about that shopping spree over at your place.
Hi Teri, Ched gets so excited when the slicker brush comes out of the cupboard on Sundays. Do the Golden Doggie Girls like being groomed?
Hi Brenda, Herbert and Arthur, Yes, Cheddie is a cat of many talents, I totally agree. Glad you enjoyed his first poetic post. 🙂
Hi Cathy, Your kitties are gorgeous!
Happy Week, G 🙂
Mr Cheddar — you are quite handsome and very talented … purrfect. I hope you will continue to write for us frequently!! 😀 Please???
I have a new visitor to our yard, and he looks like you … of course, I thought of you, immediately ~~ you may have a similar namesake! 🙂
Hi Pawmie, Yes, I do have SOOOO many talents, I have to agree. 😉
Hi Rumpy, You are a brilliant doggie, I must admit.
Hi Auntie Teri, I was indeed purring…as the camera clicked. I get a little wild and crazy when the slicker brush comes out. LOVE IT!!!
Hi Ms. Brenda, Herbert and Arthur, A star indeedy. You should try feline haiku, it is such a relaxing art form. Perhaps Ms. Brenda will help you with the pen though!!! Snort. I’m not good with pens, much better pawing the keys.
Hi Ms. Cathy, Oh how I love to hear tales of your fab felines. They are a couple of babes!
Hi Meowmie, Yada, yada….thought it was time I pawed in to answer on my own. It is my post, is it not???
Hi Ms. Becca, Hope to see this incarnation at your blog and soon. How could anyone be as good looking as I? Snort….And Mr. Cheddar is not a name up for grabs! Perhaps another kind of cheese-name though?
Headbonks, The One and Only Mr. Cheddar 🙂
Hugs to Ched 🙂
