Pomegranate Juice and Halting the Alzheimer’s Disease

I love pomegranates! I wasn’t aware though, that they had so many medicinal properties. Time to ‘juice up’ on this delicious fruit. These are just two of many articles about pomegranate’s benefits;  there are many more on the Web.  More food for thought. Isn’t nature great?

  1. I love fresh pomegranates but don’t see them ver often in markets. I’ve tried juice but maybe I should.

Off topic, G., I have a question about NJFV. In Hummus with a Twist, what is the twist, rosemary or soy sauce or both? Will you be offended if I sub cilantro for rosemary…sorry but I LOVE it esp. in hummus 🙂 🙂

  2. Great articles…I love information like this. There are so many natural cures we overlook because we don’t have time to research them ourselves.

  3. Pomegranates are a hassle but SO worth it. The flavour is extraordinary, to be sure.

  4. Hi C, I haven’t tried the juice yet but Im going to. We have a brand new juicer received as a gift and Im thinking this would be a great drink to start with.

RE: the hummus, the rosemary really makes it special C but of course you could try the more traditional route and use C_______…..Yikes, not me!!!

Hi M, Thats the great thing about the Web.The only downside, not enough time to read all the goodies, is there!

Hi K, Yeah, they are kind of a slow-eating fruit LOL, but so yummy when in season.

    Thanks for stopping by, G
