  2. Oh, cool newsletter, G. THANK YOU! I can’t get over all the great, great info in it! As someone yearning to travel more, i love love LOVE what they write:

    “Did you know that there are bed and breakfasts, guesthouses, spa and resorts worldwide that cater especially for vegetarian travelers, operated by people who understand that vegetarian does not mean “weird” or “you can eat chicken, right?” but that vegetarian means to embrace life with compassion and make healthier choices each day.”

  5. You are all welcome and thanks for stopping by. It can be a challenge in most places to find Veg-friendly restaurants let alone accommodations. I thought the Happy Cow folks did a great job on providing a comprehensive list to start from. I always enjoy receiving and reading their newsletters, very worthwhile and fun to read.
