A Frosty, Cool Post!!!!

 With the temperatures soaring in the U.S. , U.K. and parts of Canada; I thought this icy cold photo might provide some much-needed relief. At least it’s the illusion of cool, right ? (how sad, this gorgeous photo is no longer available on Flickr).

Just add a frosty beverage, a fan and you should be all set, LOL….I wish it was that easy.

Hope the photo helps a bit and that cooler days are on the way. The  ‘real’ snow….. well that can stay away for quite a while!

  9. This is a lovely photo–but 6 months from now I’ll need to see its opposite! In New England, our heat wave finally ended last night as a cold front and several hours of thunderstorms moved in.

  12. I would welcome snow, actually. But the rains we’ve gotten the past 2 days aren’t too bad, either. At least they are cooling things down for us.

  14. The weather in Maine took a turn for the more bearable today!!! No humidity and its right around 80 degrees. This is more like the summer I had in mind! Cool thoughts to those who need them!
